Just so you know and if you care 😛, I know that “pf” combo in German is difficult to grasp. A better way (and fair approximation of the correct pronunciation) would be to omit the “p”-sound and just say “fennig”, with a kind of a soft “g”. Anyway, thank you for the good info on these coins—I only just discovered I had kept some coins from a trip to Germany in 1985, so I appreciate the resource! 🙏🏼

Good review, but Number 10 & Number 9 are pretty overpriced. The rest are so rare that they are almost out of reach for the average collector. 🙂

I brought some German coins home when I was in Germany in 1995 . I do have a 1960 and 1961 Deutsch Mark Coins. Plus many others. I have this first coin your showing but not sure of the date.
