Allods Online (2010, STEAM Gameplay 2020)

Allods Online was released in 2010, developed by Allods Team and published by Mail.Ru. The game now even has it's own RU server on STEAM.

SO! for the purpose of this video I spent about an hour playing but had previously played before, about 7 years ago. I have to be honest.. there's more life in a morgue than in this mmo now, which is a shame because it used to be very popular back then until changes were made that players were not happy with.

I am actually still quite surprised this game is still going, it's rife with cash shop items and completely P2W, even on the free server.. BUT! it's not all that bad. The game's story is very good, loads of lore behind mostly everything, PvE and PvP options, and the graphics still look good today but i'm afraid this ain't enough to keep myself playing.

Thanks for the nostalgia. I used to love playing in the pre-area years ago.. min maxing gear, doing all the quests, fighting the bosses. After they nerfed the area bosses XP and I had to leave I just didn't feel the story in the big outside world. Then they merged servers or something and changed all my names. At that point I just quit.
