I don’t like the image part it is difficult to use it has to fit in the green square otherwise your ad will appear partial and not how you want it. I had that happened for two weeks and Nextdoor never corrected it I did not know someone else told me hey I saw your ad but why is it only partial your logo? And I did see that in the preview but I figured since I couldn’t get the image to fit right that Nextdoor would flag it and make me aware of it or fix it and they did neither. They posted my ad partial for like 2 weeks and I was still charged but I was disappointed that there isn’t a live person to talk with about a problem when posting and fixing a problem

I have a question I want to send traffic to my website. I sell insurance and I know there are disclosures needed on my ad. I have a full disclosure section on my site. Is there any disclosures that need to be placed on the ad itself or on the front of the site?

I put up an ad for $155 and I see that it got many impressions and clicks but I can’t find people’s reactions or questions anywhere. It has been over two weeks now. It seems as though no one has reached out to me, and if they didn’t I can’t find feedback anywhere.

size specs for the ad would be helpful. the video previews a square ad. a different HOW TO video indicated an ad with a 1.9:1 aspect ratio. so I'm still confused. also, why is the ad space divided into 3 sections - a top text-only section, a middle graphic section and a bottom text-only/link section? thanks.

I paid an add and I never got any single customer I have to change my credit card because they are charging without your consent every month

I have tried for two or three years to set up an ad, After spending several hrs. on this convoluted site I give up, Better things to do with my time, They must not need advertising dollars

I signed up, but I do not see my add anywhere or anyway to change it without it asking me to sign up and pay again. I have emailed and have gotten no resolution. I'm not sure what I am paying It has been 3 weeks and not messages or calls from anyone due to the add. I keep asking for a live person....where are they??

Does it deduct the daily budget (say $5) every day or the entire monthly amount on the first day?

Or convert more leads into sales? How do I know if anyone is even using this platform in my neighborhood? Where is the data of users in my neighborhood? How do users of Nextdoor see my ads? Where I live, I don't use this platform, why should I advertise on it if I don't use it?

I tried to setup a ad, with customized budget, I see the daily budget button, but don't see the duration button. What can I do ? Since I don't want to run continuously.
