Yeti, Sasquatch do not wear jackets or cloaks. This is a man. Especially his arm length proves he is human.
The reason the camera shakes is because the one filming it is very excited and in this place he is trying to keep from slipping. Good video. At least the guy stopped his excitement and managed to get a decent shot

I've watched it many times and look how long the arms and it's gait. Looks identical to the Patterson Gimlin film from 67 the arm swing and gait is very uncanny

Shakey footage is what you get when you try zooming in from that far away... It's not a phenomenon... Most footage is taken from fairly far away, so they zoom in as close as they can.. It actually makes sense, they're not gonna be close enough to take a selfie with... Shakey footage is what I get when filming from so far away..
