I paid Cuckooland £245 to put a new bed together. They delivered it 23/01/2024. They never pick up the phone and don’t respond to emails to their customer service email address. I’ve tried calling every day for 2 weeks and have sent 4 emails which they have ignored. My son is sleeping on a mattress on the floor and we have a pile of bed parts blocking our hall way for 6 weeks.
