Perimeter = side + side + side

_x²_ = (14)² + (12)²
= 196 + 144
_x²_ = 340
√340 = 18.34
= 14 + 12 + 18.34
= *44.43 cm*

*Hence, Area = 84 cm² and Perimeter = 44.34 cm*
