This video is EVERYWHERE when I google for help with this software! I'm incredulous that there isn't more out there. I'll keep looking. Maybe 10 hours of research isn't enough.

I'm doing some research looking for something to replace Picasa as the Desktop viewer/editor/organizer was retired in the spring of 2016. Before it gets buggy, I want to have something in place to take over the workload. It makes me a bit uneasy on all the Cyberlink help/how to videos and blogs that there are very few if any responses to questions. Where is your help center located? Are they in the US or are they outsourced? I've read some complaints about this and I'm not wanting to download a free version until some of my questions are answered. How EASY is this to use for thousands of images? I've yet to find a tutorial to help me get started with the VERY BASIC step of loading my photos onto the software. No, I'm not tech savvy. I'm a long time user of Picasa and it worked well for my needs. I don't need to make myself thinner, my friends thinner, etc. I'm looking for basic editing with attention to organization and non cloud based storage. Anyone out there?

Looks great. I'm considering this after investing in Power Director 14 Ultra which is really good. I need a replacement for Photoshop because I have absolutely no love for Adobe's subscription based model. I look forward to a Adobe-less future. The one section of the video that made me laugh at the harsh truth of its efficiency is turning the fat blonde into a skinny blonde. lol
