Ground ozone is 03, or oxygen with Three, at the low level, where we walk.

Using the term 'record' is far from scientific, based on a miniscule sliver of data, that omits periods of far greater heat, (not to mention far greater cold) before the industrial age. And temperature data is still garnered from city heat-sink locations that fail to represent the vast wilderness areas. Meanwhile, it's currently winter in Australia, and a very cold one, by their standards.

I remember when the whole world got together and made changes to stop ruining and maybe repair the ozone. Wish misinformation wouldnt prevent that from todays world.
