A brand new ‘Septima’ lamp versus a vintage one produced in the 1930’s. The spectacular looking glass lamp ‘Septima’ was developed by Henningsen between 1927-31, and the first prototype was exhibited in the fall of 1928. It was based on Henningsen’s three-shade lamp system with four extra shades inserted between the three basic ones.
