awesome! love that you’re actually eating! and adding more protein to the soup help you fill up without feeling like you’re binging (idk if you binge or not but i do) and even if your diet isn’t perfect (it never will be bc humans) you’re taking the right steps in ways that are actually sustainable. Great job love to see it! and good luck on your journey!

My favorite mini pizzas are made with English muffins! It was something I had as a kid so it's extra tasty from the nostalgia haha

After you dont eat anything at all for 3 days something in your body will change. You have to stay hydrated of course. But after 3 days of no food your body will tap into your fat reserves and start to eat at the extra fat you have. If you can go another day or 2 your stomach will shrink a bit and makes it harder to eat large amounts anymore. The more someone eats, the hungrier they stay. Its like that for everyone. 🤷🏻‍♀️
