Just fill a marinade injector with the vodka and plunge it through the straw hole spot. It works better on juice boxes especially if you use PGA.

likewise you could take a large cooking syringe you may use for chicken or something. Stick it in the hole for the straw. Draw out a hit. Then dispose of drink (or drink it lol) and then fill your syringe with booze of choice. put the straw in place. done. 😉😏
