The Honor Magic 7 Pro packs a GIANT battery capacity, has a Vivo X200 Pro-matching 200MP zoom camera and is powered by the new Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Set to launch in Europe and other regions in 2025, it looks like a beast. I've had early access to the Chinese version of the phone and spent 24 hours putting it through its paces in this 24hr review, loaded with camera samples, Antutu and Geekbench benchmarks, preliminary power drain testing and my impressions of Honor's MagicOS 9, plus Genshin Impact and Wuthering Waves gaming verdicts.

📷 The main camera lens is *f/1.4-f/2.0* (not f/1.6-f/2.0). But do you think that's enough of an aperture difference to justify a variable aperture?

The real zoom upgrade should come in december for the Magic 7 Pro.
Vivo and Oppo have the better zoom right now.

Very nice in-depth video! Just one question, how would you rate the Vibration Motor / Haptics while typing in comparison with the OnePlus 13 and Samsung Flagship devices? I really like the idea of the Honor Magic 7 pro but in the store I found that the Honor Magic 6 Pro has very poor typing haptics. Thank you!

I have a magic 6 pro which I got for a change from having an s23 ultra before. I'm not a fan of this design. I think the 6 pro had a unique design language that you know what it is if you know tech. This one could be a vivo or a Xiaomi or a Huawei or any other chinese phone. Its pretty underwhelming. Think I'll keep the 6 and see what next year brings
