Little fun fact for you both makeup and high heels were intended for men
Makeup was viewed as a product for anyone, not just women. It was normalcy for men to wear makeup in ancient egypt, china, japan and many other empires and was still common among noblemen all the way into the 17-18th century. High heels we're created to add height to a man's appearance. It was in Rome where the idea that makeup was for "women only" started, but the idea didn't grow until later in time

When will people realise clothings are just clothings? 😂 As long people aren't walking around naked.

‼️Clothes aren’t gendered. Sam is NB to begin with. It’s also funny this tweet seemingly implied “masculinity” even looked a certain way until today. These examples span thousands of years - it’s never been static. And bc some of y’all are predictable and will undoubtably cry about the examples used here, they are in fact still very real examples, despite others you may be able to think up. That doesn’t negate their legitimacy!

I'm a Christian myself, and I've never understood the people who claim that "masculinity" is short hair, pants, and a t-shirt. Literally our savior, Jesus, had long braided hair and wore robes. What is "Masculine" and "Feminine" has always fluctuated throughout history, and to say otherwise shows that you don't have much knowledge of history, especially history outside of western Europe. It's only very recently, and only in certain areas, that fashion decided that "Masculine" meant bare faces, straight pants and shirts, and short hair. Trends change, like they always have, and they are changing again.

It's crazy how the humanity decided how colours, toys, clothes, etc... Somewhat are gendered 😅

It's almost like they're not trying to be masculine! People are so dense sometimes. But I love your vibes so much, never change.

Me personally, people can live how they want. I get pissed off when people as a whole get threatened over bs that's not ours. And go after kids. Everyone has a right to be who they choose to be. Just quit trying to drag people into it.

I get confused when a girl in YouTube short got attacked because she wore bikini tops and jeans then calling it masc representation. People said it is actually feminine energy.

Where I come from, feminine is waaay more girly than that if that make sense. Like the way someone sits, the color of their clothes, all of them must be European noble lady like for someone to be called feminine.

But I'd say anything can be masculine or feminine depending how you feel about it and how you present them to match your personality. Anyone can wear a dress and still be masculine if they act like it.

Men also used to wear high heels during the times of ships and before steam trains.

They really take how ONE person dresses and claims it represents masculinity as a whole for everyone? 💀 Like no one even said that, that was all you
