If he runs for the seat again that is Elderly Abuse on his family behalf. 8 years as vice president and 4 years as president is more then enough for the luxurious and privilege life that his family has enjoyed so far. Two scary names draft eligible men did not like to hear during the Vietnam War: General Hershey and Whitehall Street in New York. Hershey was the director of the Selective Services System (the military draft) and Whitehall Street was the location that draftees had to report to for their physical exams to determine their fitness to serve in the army during the Vietnam War.
