56 days of quarantine, daily check in on the app, automatic & live random telephone interviews, and a visit from the local police department, that is what I got from the arriveCan app. I am a Canadian who lives in the USA but frequently visits my family in Canada. This was absolutely disgraceful especially since when I returned to the States (as a permanent US resident)no one at the border asked me anything, no quarantine.
Apparently, the expert Canadian medical & scientific community came to the conclusion that the virus could only travel in one direction which was North.
Mid-September I visited Canada
again and refused to put the app in my phone. Luckily the customs officer just let me through the border.
I cannot tell you how it felt to be free.

It has been 3 years since last in office. As of October 1st original contract terms called requiring 1 day in office per month. Expected to get v for that one office day. FYMM
