Apex is hot garbage. They'll bend you over any chance they get. I was on them for about 2.5 years and all was good until about 8 months ago. Payouts denied for absolutely no reason, taking literally forever, telling me I DCA'd when I absolutely didn't....and their rules are just ridiculous anyway. The CEO is such a clown D-bag I wont give him a dollar even if they fix everything.

10 people get fast approvals. 1000s of people wait for two weeks while getting charged monthly fees. Apex PA rules are a joke with 15 pages of discretionary rules. Worst in the industry. They need to remove the discretion from payouts so that it can be automated.

I can confirm I requested a payout this week 9/16, got approved 9/17 and money hit my bank today 9/18. Very happy to see Apex improving here

It's still a NO for me with them. Until they allow DCA I have no interest in them. Like you said once, we are adults and we are the ones who buy the accounts. I like to trade zones and if I blow my account because I'm doing DCA then who cares. I take that risk when I buy an account. Now, let's say doing DCA works in my favor, well just because it works in my favor I could still exceed the consistency rule and not be able to get paid, but once again, I'm fine with that and I know the risks. They should just have us sign something that says if we blow our account or use DCA any risk is accepted by us. The moment they bring back DCA (technically they claim it wasn't ever allowed they just didn't enforce the rules) stop all the required videos, allow DCA and let us trade.

The majority of us just want to trade, make a few hundred a day to provide for our families. I'm sorry, but getting excited for faster payouts does nothing for me. But good video brother and love what you do!

The video recording stuff I’m curious as to whether it was proven effective at all. Did it actually “catch” scammers or did it just “deter” them.
Is could be like the TSA at the airport now. It just slows down travelers and doesn’t actually “catch” terrorist but just exists as a deterrent to would-be terrorists so it’s almost a necessary major inconvenience.

Ive crapped on apex so many times for denying me for no reason when i havent broken any approved my past 4 payouts and money hit my bank all within a 36 hour period this pay window. I may be hopping back on their horse as well

The main issue with a lot of these prop firms is the “approval” process, not the payout timing.
Violations of their rules should be given out instantly (live) or at the end of the day of each violation.
And perhaps you should be given atleast 1 warning before denying your payout.
They drag you through all that work and time and then after you reached your payout ( could be months of trading that account), they come back and tell you . Oh, sorry, You violated a rule on the first day of your eval.
Thats a scammy way of doing the business.
