I got to be honest, this video is not only informative (which served me good once) but also comforting for some reason. I made it my ritual to glue the rubbers along with Dima every time I change mine :) Thank you!

I'm back. I never ever put new rubber on my bat's without watching this specific video from Dimitrij. It's just so straight up to the point, he is a happy person sharing information, and my glue jobs hold GREAT. Thank you Dimitrij!

Thanks for posting! I didn’t know these before:

1. Using bigger sponge for better glue spreading
2. Two or three layers of glue for more power
3. Only tape the bottom of the paddle

Thank you very much! It is so important to know how a champion glue his paddle together. Every step scientifically makes sense. I always wondered why the ball doesn't bounce straight up and down on my paddle. I think I can fix that problem now. It is so nice of Dimitrij to show this to his fans and TT players around the world.
Manny thanks to Dimitrij the Champion!

I just bought my first set of replacement rubbers (and glue and sponge and....) so this video was EXACTLY what I needed. Someone assembled my paddle back in the day (1993) so I think it's time to change the rubbers :D
I would have never guessed that you apply the rubber to the paddle AFTER the glue is dry and then roll it !
Very informative and well explained !

Thanks Dmitri for this helpful video. U thoroughly covered all the major bases in a tolerable amount of time. I didnt know about multiple layering of the glue application. FYI, I used the video as a guide to glue Dignics 09c rubber to my forehand side. 😃

I did 3 layers of glue and stretched the rubbers. My trainer thought I trained secretly because my shots had much higher quality. But if you do both these things your rubbers really are faster and harder.

This is the best i seen of gluing. I like the rubber soft but i been stretching it on always. I didnt know i could toll it easy on the blade👌🏓🏓
