My first ride on mine today big difference from my 2017 Roubaix front mech came loose . Mine is same color as yours but Shimano 12 DuraAce

Kinda surprised you built this bike TBH. I had a S-Works SL6 once upon a time... and then went to a Comp SL7, like you have. Upgraded all the parts on the SL7 (303's & SRAM Red) and could not tell a difference between the S-works or Comp carbon. Now, I'm on an Aethos comp... completely upgraded w/ Sram Red and CLX II... and don't know that theres a bike in the world that could get me off this thing. Every ride on the Aethos is like sex on the beach. In turn, moving to the Aethos has taught me a lot about bikes... more specifically, how race bikes... are for races.

Great video! I see the snow around and can't help but wonder if you have any suggestions for what gear to purchase for cold weather riding? It's almost winter time where I live and I don't want to stop riding my SL7!!!

Happy trails on your new bike. Wholeheartedly, ENJOY IT! Please let us know the differences you spotted between the SL7 & the Aethos. Believe you bought the frame and build it piece by piece.
Also as an Assos fanatic I want your feedback on the garments you use. As an example, you said 'it's freezing out there' but saw you used the yellow-'spring/fall' baselayer. You used another one above it on top and then (which) jacket? It will be so helpful if you could share. Thank you.

Great looking bike, which wheels do you prefer the Roval Rapids or the Zipps 404’s ?
The width on the Rapids might be an issue for me but I like the option I can switch between tubeless or clincher tires.
