Merry Christmas, everyone!! Today I have a cover very special to me to share with you all! This year has really opened my eyes about my dog's mortality. His health has been declining considerably recently, and so I wanted to do something to always look back on and smile, because my little boy won't be here forever. But this video will be. Photos will be. Memories will be. He is so very special to me, and he has given me so much strength these last 12 years. He is the goodest boy, and I love him so terribly much. I hope you can enjoy this gift to him!

I love this song, and I always looked at the lyrics so differently, but this made me change my view on it. Last year on the 4th of July, we lost our dog of 8 years cause fireworks scared her off. We got another dog since then to make new memories with. We spent 8 months searching for her though and it hurt us to realize she's probably not coming back.

My mom was hurt the most, and I showed this to her and she teared up. Safe to say, you changed the meaning of this song for me.. thank you <3
