Run a set of leads to the outside for a jump port.

Can almost smell it. Reminds me of when I was on a farm back in the 50's

With the hydrostatic drive on the rtv when you hit a hill you actually have to let off the gas initially then ease back into to it. You'll see a big difference by doing this and it wont seem to stall out like it does when you floor the pedal going up a hill. Our Kubota dealer has actually had people try to return their 1140s due to this until they show them how to approach inclines. Enjoying the videos!

Hey Josh, thank you for the videos that have so much information. I found your old video of Creekside Forestry Mulching, and I contacted Danny and he is coming to my Farm in VA on May 20th. Keep up the good work.

Josh- Battery tender, I have them on my riding mower and 4 wheeler difference between night and day. I don't recall seeing power where the equipment is stored so that presents a problem, either run 110V down there or maybe something solar . I think it would prove to be a worthwhile investment. I hope you and Mrs. SRF while at work are staying safe in these difficult times we find ourselves in these days, all the best from TX.

Mount up an external battery jumper block and wire it into the battery. You can get them from Summit Racing or other places. You can buy the complete terminal block with bracket or just the studs and fabricate your own mount. They are standard fare on most race cars because the battery is always in an enclosed box inconveniently located for better weight distribution.

Just an idea for you add a jump point on it on front or something so it's a easy access

I don't know if your RTV is the same as mine, but on the one I have, the pedal controls the fuel to the motor and transmission pressure at the same time. When going up a steep hill or pulling a heavy load, if you just smash the pedal to the floor, you will go slower. My dealer showed me how to push the pedal down gradually until you hear the motor start losing speed, then hold that position, this way you don't lug down the motor and lose power. Try it on yours and see if it helps.

Josh wire up a plug like a tow truck has use an Anderson plug mount it to top of that plastic cover wired to battery . Then put Anderson plug on your long jumpers yes ya have to cut the gator clips off one and but if they are dedicated for the Kubota then your golden ! I had. That’s set up on my trucks front and rear bumpers for my winch and my trucks jumper cables

Hey Josh. I put in 50 amp Anderson power pole quick connects on my kubota x1100c so I could have access to the battery quicker. Cheap solution and I converted everything on the farm to have a quick connect for that reason.

I love my PTO link ! Fast and easy - and strong. JD 1025 using it on brush hog, tiller and other dragging PTO equipment.

I had to laugh when you said that battery was hard to get at. I've got a little car in order to change the battery you have to pull a left front wheel and take off part of the inner fender cuz the battery is tucked in under the headlight inside the fender. It's a 2013 Chrysler 200. Now that's engineering at its finest!
