Thanks for advises. I relapsed but i realised there is nothing good in relapse. Also after relapse is a chaser effect which keeps you chasing. Never come back to relapse because it will addict you again. I went deliberately for a walk yesterday and realised many good past events i could have done better but didnt because of pmo habit. In 2012 i moved to penanf malaysia and i didnt do 11 days pmo. Seriously it was best joyful time and sleep was good and small. I was friendly towards people.
