I always melt down felt over styrofoam in gasoline and leave it out for a few days to dry then I cut it up into square chunks and use them as fire starts best and cheapest fire starters you’ll ever find

Add a 50/50 mix of gasoline and diesel fuel. You get a very beautiful burning substance that is almost impossible to extinguish. It will stick and burn on anything. Including firerezistant bricks.
