This video is partially incorrect but I see why some people think he’d have to use ui. In the manga, ultimate gohan knocked out a full power super saiyan 2 kefla along with himself, as we could see when he was sparring with goku, he forced goku in to using Ssbkk x10, ultimate gohan being about the same power as ssb, if not a little bit stronger, the only reason goku had to go ui in this fight was because he was literally EXHAUSTED from fighting Jiren still, he had just took the energy of a spirit bomb and got hit by one of his massive attacks, along with getting hit by him multiple times, hope this explains some things.
