How To Make A Flash Brew -- PERC Coffee

Tom takes us through the process of making a flash brew using a V60. (recipe below!)
Flash iced coffee is a really nice way to brew cold coffee quickly. It’s super refreshing and clean, and maintains a lot of the nuances of hot brewed coffee, but it’s cold!

Tools:
Burr grinder
Hario V60 w/ 02 filters
Hario V60 Range Server
Scale w/ timer
Gooseneck kettle
Ice

Recipe:
25g coffee
200g ice
200g water

Grind: medium fine (slightly finer than your regular V60 grind)

Time: 3:00

1. Rinse filter & discard rinse water
2. Place range server on scale
3. Add 200g ice to your server
4. Place V60 on top and evenly distribute ground coffee
5. Tare scale & start timer
6. Wet coffee evenly w/ 50g water
7. At 0:30, slowly pour 50g water every 30 seconds
8. Brew should finish at 3:00
9. Enjoy!

But the coffee needs 3 splenda. No matter what the coffee, or its brew fashion or it's origins its blend

It still 3 splenda.
