Ia is really growing up fast, pretty soon she will be off to college. And I love it even though the kids are getting big y'all still do Valentine's Day for them, may that tradition continue when they are grown and I hope Ia continues in her sports. And baby Ila is growing fast! Oh I think Isaac if it doesn't become his main career will be a chef even if it 's just a hobby. Tummy time, roll overs and keeping her close are things that my folks did for us. And you both remind me of them in so many positive ways.

Ia is so gifted in sports. I miss seeing the family on a weekly vlog.

I know this isn’t a recent video but I’m a massage therapist and I would recommend getting abtheragun and using it in your shin splints because it’s a lot more effective than ice. I used to get shin splints from gymnastics and track so I know it hurts, but yeah massage or at least a theragun will do more than ice.
