I actually think you have to use the controls on the bar to go faster maybe a safety feature

You have to press the 6 button on the handle bars and go backwards or forwards to adjust..it goes to 7.6. I have the exact same one (used).

When you use the controller it maxes out at 3.8mph, but if you use the main panel control you will reach over 6mph. Just saying. I don't know if it's a safety feature but it would have been helpful if it would have been in the instruction book.

I’ve read that there are two separate modes walking mode only goes so high you have to switch to running mode. Not sure how but hope that helps!

Explained clear as day that it tops out that speed with the control. If you want to go faster use the handle bar control

You have to attavh the safeti string with magnet. Only then, probably goes in runing mode.

My barge is not lift up. I have never used the treadmill. How did you lift the bar up so you could actually walk on it?

There was another youtuber who had this same issue. It unfortinately does not work with the remote and you have to use the handlebar buttons to increase the speed.

It sucks and I think it's apart of some Urevo recall?

I’m currently trying to figure out how to power mine on it’s plugged in. Do you think you could reply and tell me where the power button is cause I don’t see it anywhere on this thing.
