Hi, nice video

What is the purpose of having two folders for the static files. Everything is in static and we copy them in static_root use collectstatic command.

Thanks

When i hit collectstatic it adds a new folder with collected statics in it but it is outside the src folder. why is that happening ?

I understand the need to set up static files to make relative paths work, but this seems to make a lot of duplicate files in static_root. Is this necessary? I am missing something here. Everything has been working fine so far. Can we delete the duplicate files or does everything need to exist in static_dirs and static_root?

Any reason you didn't put 'Static' in the app?
