The Henry Ford Health System provided an update on Wednesday (Sept. 1) on the impact of COVID on Michigan. The group said the percent positivity rate and the overall number of cases have steadily increased, but not to an overwhelming level yet.

What’s going on in hospitals to employees right now:

1- choose to “voluntarily sign a waiver to show you chose to get the vaccine and anything that happens there after is on you. (And keep your job to pay bills)

2- sign an exemption, if denied you have a small period to leave. Quitting means you left on your own choice (because their is NO REAL CHOICE in this even though you worked all through 2020) or be terminated for “NON-COMPLIANCE” that every employer will see there after.

Wild how hero’s dealt through this, worked with no days off through this. Then hospital administrators that never see a patient face to face then do thank you for allowing this trash if you cow-are for money
