Really enjoyed watching these videos. I like putting youth players into the training units rather than bringing them into the 1st team squad. It really aids their development and means you don't need to worry about making them available for the u19s or b team.

My main problem with youth only saves is that youth intake is completely dependent on luck. No matter how good your youth intake or facilities are, if you are out of luck, you aren't gonna get a wonderkid like Sefa anytime soon.

any idea how to improve Work rate in this game, found a lot of regens in this game come in with 7-9 workrate and just never improve it. Sefa was the same but you managed to get his to jump to 11
