Can I just say how much I love your music?!? I have always wanted to be exactly what you embody, a soprano singer that can sing any genre and it would sound melancholic. I was told that I was good when I was younger, but as I grew older my sister told me I should 'stop singing so high pitched, as it does not suit my voice.' Despite being put with the soprano group in choir, I lost my love for singing because I felt misguided and misplaced. Despite that, I stirred up the courage to not only try out for the school talent show, but also try out to get a solo soprano part in my middle schools' concert. While I got the solo, I tried 3 years to get into that talent show and was never successful. I almost wonder if I had found your music sooner and tried a more soft approach instead of a rock approach, If it would have ended up differently.. Either way, it has turned me into the person I now am today. Lessons to be learned in everything! :3
