They call that "snorkel skiing" for a reason. Had a day like that just over the hill at Grand Targhee.

Frozen water (i.e. snow) is a miracle of nature!!! Given that we're 60-70% water, maybe we're just "going home" or "returning to the source" when we ski in the stuff. It's like swimming only much more fun!! haha!

Closed lifts for hours on a powder day and when opened lines up to 45 minutes.

Alta and Snowbird have better snow and inbounds terrain without the radittude, costs and snobbery.

Well, one thing he didn't mention is that Jackson, being on the east side of the Tetons gets the lesser amount of snow compared to Grand Targee on the west side which get's almost twice what Jackson gets. The same way Park City gets way less than AltaBird. And speaking of AltaBird, to claim Jackson more/better snow than Little Cottonwood is truly delusional. But as a Jackson home, he's entitled to his bias opinion.
