Incredible, for some reason this cover has been getting steady traction this month, gaining approximately 100 views a day, including a bit of subscriber growth! I can't thank you all enough, really!

Now that I know this video is getting attention, I feel a strong obligation to bring up an issue that I'm sure you may have heard about: the ongoing genocide in Gaza that's being perpetrated by Israel. Around 40, 000 innocent Palestinians have died from it. Just yesterday, the mastermind behind it, Benjamin Netanyahu, received a standing ovation from a lot of U.S. congressmen, just for essentially saying "I want more weapons now and I want to finish the job now." It's a dark day in America.

I'm talking about this "controversial" topic in a comment on my silly little VGM cover because I think that if this situation doesn't get any better, then the people who go online just to get lost in entertainment need to have their comfort zones disrupted just a tiny bit. The sad truth is that I don't think most people care about this issue and they might accept it as something in the background that they don't have to think about. We need to try to reach the regular everyday people. Especially people in America, since America is directly arming and funding the genocide. I can't tell you how effective it would be, but regardless we need to give Palestine a fighting chance by making it normal to oppose what they're dealing with, instead of normalizing ignorance.

So please, I urge you to speak out about this issue to whatever platform you can, if you feel that you'll be reasonably safe doing so. In the meantime, I have a few links prepared if you want to help Palestinians recover from this destruction.
