A “good” mortgage broker, should be able to take one look at the clients scores, etc and know exactly where to send the deal. Ijs 🤷🏽‍♂️

I am an independent mortgage broker and I do not take my clients information and shop it around. I take my clients information and I create a package. I am able to review their documents and information and then help choose a lender.
