Awesome video. Blast from the past. Those magazines got cut up and put in school lockers and bedroom walls. 👍😎

Hilarious commentary! I have the exact same magazine in my collection. My wife makes fun of me watching a video of a guy flipping through pages of a 30+ year old magazine. She obviously doesn't understand. : )

My brother raced quads back in the early 2000's and like many of us he had a blaster.. although this was a over built machine, we used a DT 200 cylinder so a power valve and liquid cooling made it a different machine. Elka suspension lone star stuff exc.. back before we had true out of the crate race machines other than the 250r. Great video tony!

Hey everyone, happened onto this video while searching some ATV stuff out. Brought back loads of memories of ATV'ng way back. Then, the wife says, you have a box full of thosee MAGS in a box. After searching for about 20mins, low and behold I struck pure ATV gold! Dirtwheels! 3&4 Wheeler! WOW, these mags are near mint. I will shoot and post a quick video over the next few days, just a quick run thru of what is in the mystery box. Cheers! Stumpr1 BTW, great video.

Awesome video. I have always owned dirt bikes but I’m in your camp. Anything off road is fun.

I remember the " no fat chicks" sticker, thought it was funny as hell at age 15.

I have a nearly mint condition 1987 Honda 250 FourTrax, as you know, that's a 4-stroke. It's fun to be able to enjoy riding such a cool vintage four wheeler!

Notice the atc in the parting shot is a 200r. It was a detuned 250r motor.

My cousins drag raced Tri Z’s back in the 80’s right before they were “cancelled.”

They took the LT 230 front and made it into a quad, however the geometry/handling was never correct.

They ended up racing Banshees.

I barely remember this as I was a young kid ...

My favorite dirt wheels test rider was Greg Hunsaker, (on the Kawasaki Tecate), he was always wearing that shoei VX-3. I actually used the number 178 because I saw it on his helmet.

What do I know, right? I believe "Ohtsu" is pronounced "Oat-sue" but whatever. It was nice to walk through the 1986 ATV scene just one more time. Thanks Tony for inviting us to come along. Please just remember to keep your feet on the pegs at all times.🤟🏼
