00:07:30 was regarding to decimal points of PI where precision used in todays technology isn't near close as it could be on robotics, especially those used in life saving surgeries, understanding the matter. Those decimals that are being chuckled by Gartner will be the ones needed to be looked and questioned by the top scientists thinking QUARK is indivisible where could be hosting multiple universes in its capacity. If tech fail to provide the outmost precision it can to to its scientist, scientist will not make statements any different than Mr Duells' back in 1890s suggesting US Gov to shut down the bureau of innovation with his narrow minded thinking. Remember... some kid on the couch unlike its age group watching these statements and learning and will change everything at its time by inventing something that no AI could get near close to predict today. Therefore as Sr leaders of our times we must be more carefull on where we put the cap on anything scientific regardless our minds can or cannot comprehend or contextually filter to make a point on something.
