Hi I have been working at RRB as PO since last 7 years & trust me life at RRB is way better than PSU bank if you do not have high aim like becoming head of the bank like he said like arundhati etc. I'll share my experience, albeit I too have joined with a pre conceived notion that life at RRB is not good as compared to other job. As the years passed on I've realised at later point of life you will realise peace of mind is more important than material life or salary. All the points which he discussed is 100% true.
Advantage: you will close your branch max at 6 even if you're a scale 2, me and my wife both work at RRB and we spend quality time together and spend time on our hobby. Me as scale 2 branch manager come home at 6 and my neighbour as SBI clerk come at 6.30., working culture at RRB is very amicable, yes we do getting insurance target like other banks but it's not that much pressure compare to other. In a nutshell I can say if you need peace of mind and do not have high aim of growing just need simple life with high savings for future you can join RRB. Life at RRB is way too better then what we assume just with its tag of rural. Trust me.

RRB PO is the best job available if you work hard sincerely. I am just a graduate(2021 sept) . I am working as a Postal Assistant for the last 4 years. I am recently posted in a rural area. Believe me real India is there in villages. People treat me with utmost care. They are offering organic vegetables, fruits, leafy vegetables which were grown in their home yards. I can't even consume everything they give. I offer it to the needy. A happy life is everyone wants at the end. You may become a rich person but ultimately you need happiness and joy, those can't be achieved in corporate life. Thank you. Even before watching this video I am aware of every perk this guy explained. 66 attempts in prelims with 95% accuracy. But the thing belongs to mains. I got 102.75 (cut off 83.5) in ibps PO mains but only 40/100 in interview. These are my first banking exams. I cleared SBI JA Pre, NIACL AO pre. I wish I could get through this time in interview. I am damn sure of clearing mains with a good margin. Wish me good luck. It's not over confidence but the belief in me. 😀

I have joined as SBI PO on April 8th and joined my 1st branch on May 6th. Last month I have only one day as holiday and till now I didn't have a Saturday as holiday. We're salesman, recovery agent and the last thing is banker. Daily working hours will be 9:30-8:30, i need to travel 40kms to my place, so i spend nearly 13-14hrs on my job.So if you don't want any life outside work join. Else prepare for other jobs.
