Massive winter storm blasts the Midwest

Outside of Kansas City, multiple semi-trucks crashed and shut down part of I-70 due to the storm. Also, more than 2,000 flights were canceled Wednesday across the U.S.

We're snowed in. Thank God we still have power. There's a lot of blowing and drifting, as we're out in the country. We live in the Midwest in Ohio. Stay indoors people!

I just do not understand why people venture out into the roads especially when bad weather is predicted...road workers need to de-ice the roads. Airports close down, so why do drivers put themselves and others in danger...

I work oilfield in Colorado, and im unlucky enough to work night shifts. It’s been cold AF and very painful. There’s no such thing as snow days for us. Tonight has been super effin cold 🥶

Who here remembers the winter of 78-79 now THAT was a fun storm to be sure my siblings and I made A LOT of money that year shoveling snow as that was the dark ages before the internet and MTV so the only thing we kids could do when we werent building forts having snowball fights or sled riding we were helping the older folks in our neighborhood. FUN TIMES INDEED I must heartily concur and echo Moochy's words Please be safe everyone !
