• Where are you from? I live in Edinburgh and I'm half Australian, half British!

Powerless was pretty good, but in my opinion, it reminded me too much of the hunger games, so much so that I couldn’t help picturing the characters faces from the hunger games while reading the book. That being said I’m super excited to be continuing this series. I just started reckless last night and I have a feeling it’s going to be much better than powerless was.

Finished Reckless yesterday. Loved every minute. Totally agree with you. I gave Powerless 4 stars (mainly as I read it on the back of Fourth Wing tbh) but Reckless just blew me away. I could have read it again straight away. Absolutely fantastic read. The characters were more fleshed out, more adult! And the action seemed more non stop. That final sentence oooh chef’s kiss. My only whinge is, I would have liked to have seen more of a cross over between Powerful and Reckless. Now eagerly awaiting book 3.

Just wanted to note since you keep saying in your intro that you "don't read literature": You do! All these books you read are valid literature! Generally, every book you can find in a bookstore is literature, whether it's fiction or non-fiction, old or new, for kids or adults. I assume that you mean you don't read classic literature, but I just wanted to clarify this cause just because those book's main purpose is entertainment, it doesn't disqualify them from being pieces of literature :3
