FYI Neighbouring rights means : each time your publishing is collected by a PRO (performance royalties), if you have rights owed on the recording too then those are your Neighbouring rights. in UK it is collected separately by someone else (a CMO not PRO) called PPL. in the US BMI also acts as a CMO and also there is SoundExchange.

Hello Karra. Nice video, I enjoyed it and I liked your way of explaining things. As a music producer for more than 30 years, allow me to give you a hint: you can deselect the "YouTube" delivery option on most digital music distributors that I know. (Not "Youtube Music", you should NOT deselect that). Then your own music channel on YouTube will only be monetized by you and you will receive the full money without deductions when you publish your own music track on your YouTube channel. All other distribution channels (Spotify, Apple Music etc.) remain unaffected! To also protect yourself against pirates who copy your music from your YouTube channel, you can use "Content ID" service providers such as "Identifyy", which collect your YouTube income from copying pirate channels.
