There would be no changes because the most important thing is to have some kind of strategy (mine is using a bit of Famester), and to give people the content they want to see. It's always going to be like that, just like people buy products/services from companies that they need and want in their life. That's how life works in general, we tend to like something we desire and we don't have in our life.

One year ago I listened to this man talking about how to start YouTube and on how to get your first 1000 subscriber on YouTube, I still remember very well what he said in that video. “start before you’re ready” this words did motivate me so much and moved me to start my YouTube channel. look at me today I’m standing at 100, 000 subscribers and I feel like I can’t keep quiet about this, then to say thanks to the all the team of @ThinkMediaTV especially Mr Shawn who had the really motivated me to become a YouTuber❤ I hope this message reach to him, thank you for your teaching and support throughout this journey. you’re the best sir and continues to do good and help all the content creators, may God bless you for what you’re doing.

Thats quite some statement to say people ignoring AI will be left behind. Although I use AI for scripting and voiceovers, I still believe firmly that authenticity is perhaps more important now than ever before.

I'm already using AI in my visual effect work flow such as creating digital motion backgrounds. Soon, I won't have to spend a lot of money for 3D models. I can just type in what I want and it will generate it for me.

I was impressed with the AI voice clone. It sounded natural and not robotic. Very good.

your voice turned out MUCH clearer and natural than mine did. Mine was about 11 minutes of audio using a professional yeti microphone. It kept putting in pauses until I sounded like Chandler on "Friends." Anxious for cloning technology to rapidly improve.

I'm not against AI and use it quite a bit myself, but I really hope that one day YouTube will auto-flag all videos that use AI in any form with a non-obtrusive (but visible) stat somewhere that just shows 'this video likely uses AI' or at least put it into the stats for nerds information screen with more detailed info like image/visual content AI checking and music/sound/voice separately checked. There's an absolute ton of channels out there right now making money and fooling people with extreme low-effort videos, while the people putting in the real effort struggle and don't get the respect they deserve.
