One of the most critical mistakes of agni veer is the age. A young guy join agniveer in his youth year and spend 4 year training but if unfortunately Kicked out. He has lost his very crucial 4 years. Now he doesn't have any degree or skills to survive.

सर पहली बार तो ये है कि आर्मी में हर कोई भर्ती नहीं हो जाता। चयन की तमाम प्रक्रिया से होकर गुजरना पड़ता है। क्या सर ये काफ़ी नहीं है. और जो बेस्ट म से बेस्ट है बो ही सेलेक्ट होता है इससे ज्यादा और क्या साबित करेगा कोई सैनिक

सर हमारे गांव से 10 लड़के गए हैं जिसमें से तीन चार तो आगे पक्का जाएंगे और उनके साथ के जो भर्ती नहीं हुए उठाला घूम रहेहैं घर में सोकर भी नहीं उठाते और नाही घर वालों की बात सुनते हैं उम्मीद है जो अग्निवीर वापस आएंगे वह कम से कम घर पर तो अच्छा काम करेंगेही क्योंकि हमने देखा है कि जितने भी रिटायर होकर आते हैं अभी भी पूरा पूरा दिन काम करते हैं हमें लगता है कि हर बच्चे के लिए चार पांच साल आर्मी ट्रेनिंग अवश्य होनी चाहिए फिर करियर में जोमर्जी कीजिए😊

But the greater point is Indian private sector and society needs more and more youths who are trained in Armed forces, its not bad deal. I am sure companies like M&M, TATA are waiting for them to finish their 4 years period. This insecurity is blown out of proportion. More over they can they can hold their marriage till they are better settled .
