Conditional Logics Redirect Page On Form Submit in Bit Form(Record Create and Edit Always)

After Form submission, the user/visitor will be redirected to the same page or any custom URL. On record/data edit, Redirection will not work. In redirection, the form value can be passed by adding parameters to the URL.
Redirect URL with form value can be used like this:
website_url?Key_1=bit_form_field_api_name_1&Key_2=bit_form_field_api_name_2
**Key_1 and Key_2 = The field api name where you want to use/put the field value from the current form.

I need only add date but when I select date function it will getting time aslo how I remove time in calendar function...????
