Forced tweener is a bit meh to be honest, I like them more when they are formed naturally and are often employed as a last resort/when scrambling.

As for why Fed USO 09 tweener isn't there, you won't see any from majors, because they do not have the rights.

This video is missing the king of the tweeners: Gael Monfils! This guy runs, jumps with some hang time, and hits the tweener. The most spectacular I've seen, a notch or two above everything in that video. Look it up, it's worth it.

Tweener is such a fun shot!! I don’t go for it every time, most of the time in my matches I try to get around the ball but I will go for them every now and then and it’s absolutely my favorite trick shot to do lol it’s not that hard to do either, you just need either continental grip or eastern grip and run past the ball and wait for it to drop almost hitting the floor before you hit it, such a fun shot tho!

For all who talk about Federer vs Djokovic US Open 2009 or Rafa vs Groth French Open 2016, Grand Slams are not ATP but ITF, that's why they aren't included in the video

A lot of the bests tweeners are missing. I guess it's a matter of rights (no GS allowed). But the don't title your video "best ever tennis". Just "best ATP". The one from Federer against Djokovic at USO 2009 is the best ever imo. Also you could make a top 30 with only Federer and Kyrgios.
