Hi I've recently bought a "as brand new" inpulse 300 MK2 (second hand).

Everything works so great except for one thing : the headphones output.
The issue that I have is that, I have to fight to find the perfect spot to get the output on both ear. If I don't find it, I only have the ouput on my left ear of my headphone.
Also, I found that I have really bad audio quality when I try to plug all the way in the jack.
It's like I have two notch, the first one give me a mix bag when I can only have my left ear. When I full insert "second notch" for some cable jack there is a great quality and some not. However, if I move a little bit the jack, even just the cable I get back the bad quality..

Do you have any of these issues that I've described ? Did I get ripped off ?
