I don't understand. Why can't they admit that its their fault it exploded??? Why can't they send a clear message to the families that they've acknowledge their mistake and will do their best to compensate them. A funding idk. But all they say is more and more of the same. This is a poor neighborhood. I hope they will provide assistance to the affected residents and help them fix their properties as well as providing temporary living spaces for the tenants who were affected by it. Please say That LAPD is responsible for this exploration! Accept your responsibility, for goodness sake! If this would have happened in an upper middle class neighborhood, you wouldn’t have waited this long to provide this report and would have provided all the resources to them right
