I wore Clinique as a young girl when I first started wearing makeup, so I thought it was for young skin. I think I’m going to try some items from the line again soon. Thank you. I love Clinique products for how well they seem to actually support skin health. I'm worried that they will one day discontinue the line altogether and then I don't know what I will use. I have switched just about all my skin care and makeup products to Clinique this year and my skin has never looked better- I get complements about how good my skin looks and that had never happened to me before. I am looking for an alternative skin care line, just in case but also an alternative makeup line because I'm looking for an eyeshadow that takes as much care of your skin as their line does because their color selection seems sadly so limited. As you said in your video, its a shame they don't have more neutral shade options especially without shimmer for mature skin. If you or anyone out here has suggestions for a good skin healthy eyeshadow alternative let me know please! Thanks for your great video!

I'm not actually sure what Clarins is doing with their makeup line, most places only have a certain products ( well in Australia they r ) . But the makeup line is great for mature/ ageing skin, I use to have many clients that used there products regularly. Great video ❤❤❤❤

Hi Sue, I love your Clinique videos! I love your other videos too! I would recommend the Clinique chubby stick for eyes in Bountiful Beige under your shadow. My shadow stays on until I remove it when I use that. The new gloss in Black Honey is gorgeous! I also really like their Smart MD eye cream in the purple jar. They have many high quality products and the quantity is usually generous. I really like that it's based in science as well. Thanks for the video!

I use a lot of Clinique products and I love their eyeshadows because they can be flattering on mature eyelids. It's too bad that you can no longer get the Blush Pop blush. I used to have the "Aglow" blush; it's a beautiful blush. Thank you so much for sharing items from your collection.

Hi Sue I have used a few things from Clinique over the years. The redness solutions cleanser and moisturiser are both really nice, but truthfully the moisturiser is too light for me in the colder months. It's more of a gel/cream texture and I enjoyed it last Summer when I used it. The moisture surge overnight mask is a great mask for a hit of hydration. I used it more as a traditional mask in a thick layer and then rubbed in the excess, before adding a thicker moisturiser on top. The rest of their moisture surge line is too lightweight for me tbh, but I have very dry skin. I do like the cleansing balm as well.
Onto makeup. This is a area where most of my experience with this brand was years ago. The only things I've tried in the last few years are the mascara and the black honey balm stick - both of which I like. Here in the UK the Clinique travel size mascara is around £8. For comparison the Lancome is around £13 and the Benefit is around £14 for their travel sizes. The Cliinque is a good buy and a decent mascara for the price. I did have some eyeshadow duos and lipsticks years ago - they were decent quality back then and they still get good reviews. Best wishes.

I have the Sweethearts duo in 04. One neutral shade I’ve hit pan on and the crease shade doesn’t make my eyes look small and beady. I feel Clinique is very simplistic and is kind of like the “training bra” of makeup. The duo palettes don’t overwhelm me.
