Perched in a Northern mountainous village in Portugal, this house, once teeming with life, now sits eerily abandoned. Its foundation stone was laid in 1928, and it became the cherished home of the Perreira family.
Mr. Manuel, a doctor immersed in both medicine and politics, was the last to grace its rooms, a man who found solace in music's embrace.
In 2015, Mr. Manuel passed away, and the house fell into desolation. Despite being inherited by two family members, they've turned their backs, leaving it prey to the unrelenting elements.

Today, we embark on a journey to uncover the remnants of the Perreira family and their once-vibrant abode, now a forsaken relic in this tiny Portuguese village. Dusty memories linger within its walls, and the echoes of laughter and music whisper through time, telling the story of a family's life and love, left to fade into history.

The old Portuguese man said the owner was a Dr. Law or Judge. He died 30 to 40 years ago. Someone else lived in the building up to 20 to 25 years ago. The heirs to the property live abroad.

Well, simplicity is beauty. Everything simple is beautiful, and cute ☺️ Sometimes a tiny, simple, cute but cozy and warm home is 10 times better then a huge and luxurious but cold castle. At least, we can assume this family lived here a happy and peaceful life, i can just feel the feeling! Nothing can beat that traditional Portuguese kitchen! Always pretty but this one is the best! I loved it. It was for me the star of the show. And the other rooms are nice too. The house has beautiful ceilings and cool stuff left inside. Love the house and the green space serrounding it, and it looks big from above btw 😮 Thanks guys for another great and sweet mini explore, i enjoyed it. Until next time, bye! 😘😘😘

Que tal chicos, les cuento acá en Argentina también hacían las casas con el baño fuera, influencia española mas que nada creo yo, muchos de los lugares abandonados a los que van me recuerda a mi infancia( mi abuela era española) y muchas de las casas donde yo vivía con mis padres eran muy similares, gracias x el trabajo !!!
