This is a really good message/reminder. A question; when you say it’s important to widen your world”. Are you referring to doing things that have been triggering (ie being around certain people) or doing things your passionate about? Or both. I struggle with friends and family that talk too much and don’t seem to listen and Instead of speaking up I hold that energy inside which ultimately comes out thru my body. So I have been very mindful of these situations. Are you saying I should expose myself to things like that and work thru difficulty? At this point I’m trying to listen to what my body wants. Thank you for these posts
