ESO Companion Guide - Walkthrough - Example Mirri Build - Quest, Location, Skills, Gear - BLACKWOOD

Companions are FINALLY here with the release of Blackwood!

This build covers where and how to find both Companions, what they can do, their skills and gear, and also includes an example build with Mirri as a competent healer!

NOTE: Video states that Companion quest can be started in the Collections tab. The Devs have now changed this, and you must instead start the quest by picking it up in Leyawiin.

You've got a great narration voice.

I often lose interest on guides but was able to follow your whole video!

Idk mans…I literally just unlocked bastion by knowing where his quest was, the rest of the time, collections tab, click on them, quest starts. So either eso lied or idk what, maybe it’s only on PC

Nice nice nice. Can't wait! Questions--do you have to unlock them separately on each toon since they're quest based? And what happens when you unlock a companion where you already have, say, mage's guild maxed out? Does the companion automatically have it maxed?

I think one could make the argument that the introduction of companions represents a failure of the developers to make a true MMO. The game encourages solo play from the very beginning, instead of player interaction with one another. In fact, discord is practically required if you want to engage with other players. It feels more like a solo player game with some MMO capabilities. You wouldn't need companions if the design of the game required more player cooperation from the very beginning. I like the game, but it's simply not a real MMO IMO.
