Potential tropical cyclone 4

80% chance tropical development for broad low in the Southwest Gulf. Hurricane Hunters went in and did not find a well defined low level circulation, but the NHC believes it will be a tropical storm before making landfall within 36 hours. The NHC wants to issue warnings for the system, and so it was named Potential Tropical Cyclone 4. Tropical storm warnings are posted for the lower Coast of Texas. The system is forecast to become Danielle with winds of 45 mph. it is forecast to make landfall along the upper Coast of Mexico by Saturday night. Stalled front to our North will act as a focus for off and on rain and storms through the weekend. It will not be an all day rain, but scattered activity. At times locally heavy rain will be possible. An upper low out West will move our way increasing rain chances for next week.
